Bring your pens and paper as you will want to take plenty of notes this Thursday as we welcome Victor Wagner, CPA.

Victor is a Florida licensed CPA and Real Estate Broker who bought his first rental property in 1982 after graduating from Baylor University with an MBA in Entrepreneurship.

Victor’s career has been focused on small business income taxation advice and preparation in public accounting combined with real estate ownership, finance and development. Victor has been a contract Mortgage Insurance Underwriter for several banks, a licensed Mortgage Broker and currently a Revenue Agent in the Large Business & International division of the IRS.

Victor is not talking at this meeting as an employee of the IRS but as a private investor with the real estate investment lessons learned over the years.

Victor will begin his talk with:

“The concept of the perfect tax return”
Followed by:

“The use of entities in real estate”
– a discussion of ordinary income versus capital gain income and how structuring your business affects your potential tax bill.
