Billy Batson, 29 years old, has been a full-time real estate investor for almost a decade. Billy is proof positive that one can be a successful real estate investor regardless of age, background, etc. He’s an international speaker and trainer, teaching tens of thousands of students. He’s privileged to have worked with Grant Cardone and Shark Tank’sDaymond John and Robert Herjavec. Billy has also worked with Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa of HGTV’s Flip or Flop, along with many other big real estate brands.

Specializing in wholesaling, rehabbing, transactional engineering, and creative financing, Billy has transacted literally multi-millions of dollars in real estate and has participated in hundreds of deals. Billy is still an active, “boots on the ground” investor, and serves as CEO of REI Money Machine coaching and BMT Solutions LLC.
