Thank you to Susan Chandler of Premier Plus Realty for her Market Report at this week’s Sarasota REIA meeting Wednesday.

Susan shared the current market report including the important “Absorption Rate” Statistics.

Below are her presentation charts that help to put into perspective the numbers (which, as Susan says, can be overwhelming to visualize). Here we can see the percentage comparison of listings, pendings and actual sales.

Seeing this on a monthly basis is definitely specific to our area and our seasonal flow… can’t wait to see how the year progresses.
