From Residential to Commercial, New Construction or Rehab, Ms Toole covers all aspects of a building’s structural integrity. She is also THE person to call should you purchase a property with un-permitted work that the county now needs to inspect as she can certify that work was done correctly.

With 31 years of experience as a structural engineer she is also the chairperson of the Sarasota County Building Code Board of Adjustments and Appeals.
