Tim Mapp moved to Sarasota in 1971 and graduated High School from Sarasota High in 1978. He attended 4 years of College at University of South Florida. He attained his Real Estate Sales license in 1978 and his Brokers license in 1979.

He joined the Sarasota Board of Realtors and the Florida Real Estate Exchangors in 1978. The Florida Real Estate Exchangors has been around for 60+ years. He has been the President of the Florida Real Estate Exchangors (FREE) and also the local Real Estate group Gulf Region Exchangors and Traders (GREAT) since 2005. The local group (Great) meets every Friday at 8:30am at the Der Dutchman Restaurant in Sarasota. FREE meets 4-6 times a year all around Florida.

Tim is also Partner/Owner of Mapp Realty and Investment Co., Prestigious Property Management Co., New Millennium Mortgage Co. and Mapp Development Co. His companies service from Manatee County thru Charlotte County. Tim also invest in properties in Florida with holdings also in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio.

THE $25 MEETING COST INCLUDES BUFFET LUNCH, DRINK AND A TIP. If you are able to bring cash or a check it will expedite check in. All attendees must pay as this includes our room charge.

First timers are always welcome to attend and see what we’re all about. We allow a couple of visits, after that we ask you to join our group.
