Randy Patrick, has been an active Florida real estate investor for over 20 years specifically focusing on Distressed Properties, Short Sales, Short Payoffs, Foreclosures, OREO’s, Probates, Sub-To’s, Novations, etc.

Randy operates a specialized investor short sale system which purchases distressed properties at maximum discounts from the banks & lenders, while at the same time keeping compliant with the various local and national policies and restrictions. He has completed 500+ Short Sale transactions in his career. He also has been active in real estate investment education, sharing his extensive expertise since the previous subprime mortgage crisis of 2007.
