Florida Amendment 3 — Homestead Tax Exemptions — will be on the Florida ballot November 3, 2026.
What could this proposed amendment mean for homeowners, property values, and real estate investors?
Join us on Wednesday, September 16th as Tom Knight, Sarasota County Commissioner and former Sarasota County Sheriff, takes a deep dive into Amendment 3.
