Bill Cook and J Scott will host an open workshop on the following topics and are encouraging all to bring their questions and join the dialog.

Bill and J bring over 50-years of combined experience to the room.

Bill Cook, and his wife Kim, are a husband-and-wife real estate investing team.  They have been active investors for almost 3 decades. Their investment portfolio consists of single-family rental homes, mobile homes, and a small mobile home park.  In addition, they own notes, options, stocks, precious metals, and crypto currency.

J Scott spent much of his early career in Silicon Valley where he held management positions at several Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft and eBay. In 2008, J and his wife Carol decided to quit their corporate jobs and focus on real estate investing. J is the former co-host of The BiggerPockets Business Podcast. Over the past 15 years, they have bought, built, rehabbed, sold, lent-on and held over $150M in property around the country.
