We welcome John Schaub this Wednesday February 15th for

“Subject-To: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly”.

John is a boots-on-the-ground investor and author of “Building Wealth One House at a Time” whom we are privileged to have join us this month.

networking 11:30am-12noon
12noon – call to order
12noon-12:45pm “gets and gots”, announcements, welcome our 1st time guests, announcements, property pitches, etc. If you have property to pitch please bring flyers!
Program/guest speaker 12:45pm (approx)
2pm Meeting Adjourned
Lunch $25/SarasotaREIA member; $35/not yet member – ALL attendees must pay as this includes our room charge.

First timers are always welcome to attend and see what we’re all about. We allow one visit, after that we ask you to join our group.

NOTE: Jan/Feb/March 2023 – we change venue to Carlisle Inn (April 2023 we’re back at Der Dutchman)
