Ryan Stulman, President of U.S. 1031 Exchange Services, Inc.
U.S. 1031 Exchange Services, Inc. was established by Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney Jefferson Riddell and has been assisting clients with 1031 exchanges for over 35 years.
Ryan Stulman joined the company as Vice President in November 2020 and assumed the role of President in October 2022. With a strong background in operations and finance, Ryan previously served as a Senior Operations Manager, overseeing operations for one of the largest private payroll and benefits companies in the United States. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

For our last meeting in 2024 we welcome Sarasota Property Appraiser Bill Furst.
With over 49 years of experience in the Florida Real Estate, Bill began his real estate career in 1974 appraising parcels in Palm Beach, Broward and Dade Counties that were being taken for the construction of Interstate 95.
Bill is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Building Contractor. He has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors & the Florida Association of Realtors continuously since 1998.
