Ryan Stulman, President of U.S. 1031 Exchange Services, Inc.
U.S. 1031 Exchange Services, Inc. was established by Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney Jefferson Riddell and has been assisting clients with 1031 exchanges for over 35 years.
Ryan Stulman joined the company as Vice President in November 2020 and assumed the role of President in October 2022. With a strong background in operations and finance, Ryan previously served as a Senior Operations Manager, overseeing operations for one of the largest private payroll and benefits companies in the United States. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
Ryan is a licensed title agent in Florida and holds the Certified Exchange Specialist® (CES®) designation from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA). Under his leadership, U.S. 1031 Exchange Services, Inc. assists clients with all types of 1031 exchanges, including Simultaneous, Delayed/Forward, Reverse, and Construction/Improvement exchanges.
