Mr. Seagle has practiced in the Central Florida/Orlando market since 2004. Randy Patrick, has been an active Florida real estate investor for over 20 years specifically focusing on Distressed Properties, Short Sales, Short Payoffs, Foreclosures, OREO’s, Probates, Sub-To’s, Novations, etc.

Randy operates a specialized investor short sale system which purchases distressed properties at maximum discounts from the banks & lenders, while at the same time keeping compliant with the various local and national policies and restrictions. He has completed 500+ Short Sale transactions in his career. He also has been active in real estate investment education, sharing his extensive expertise since the previous subprime mortgage crisis of 2007.
