Welcome Florida State Representative Danny Nix Jr.

Representative Nix represents District 75, parts of south Sarasota County and Charlotte County. Rep. Nix is commercial real estate Broker and holds the prestigious CCIM designation. Prior to his election to the Legislature, he served as President of the Economic Development Partnership for Charlotte County, where he helped recruit investment, support job creation, and strengthen the region’s competitive position in Florida’s fast-growing economy. His real estate background includes retail, industrial, medical, and land development.
