Randy Patrick, has been an active Florida real estate investor for over 20 years specifically focusing on Distressed Properties, Short Sales, Short Payoffs, Foreclosures, OREO’s, Probates, Sub-To’s, Novations, etc.
Randy operates a specialized investor short sale system which purchases distressed properties at maximum discounts from the banks & lenders, while at the same time keeping compliant with the various local and national policies and restrictions. He has completed 500+ Short Sale transactions in his career. He also has been active in real estate investment education, sharing his extensive expertise since the previous subprime mortgage crisis of 2007.

Bill Cook, and his wife Kim, are a husband-and-wife real estate investing team. They have been active investors for almost 3 decades. Their investment portfolio consists of single-family rental homes, mobile homes, and a small mobile home park. In addition, they own notes, options, stocks, precious metals, and crypto currency.
J Scott spent much of his early career in Silicon Valley where he held management positions at several Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft and eBay. In 2008, J and his wife Carol decided to quit their corporate jobs and focus on real estate investing. J is the former co-host of The BiggerPockets Business Podcast. Over the past 15 years, they have bought, built, rehabbed, sold, lent-on and held over $150M in property around the country.
