Al Nicoletti is a Florida Probate Attorney.  He has carved out a unique niche in solving simple and complex probate matters that once stalled real estate deals. His strategy is to structure probates that are fast, efficient, and cost effective for the real estate investor.

Al’s law practice is strongly focused on Probate, Quiet Title, Partition, Trust Administration, and Real Estate Litigation benefiting real estate investors, real estate agents/brokers, and other real estate professionals.

In addition to managing his law practice, Al has a live weekly podcast show, is an educational speaker, influencer, and social media content creator, he travels the State of Florida speaking at REIAs, boot camps, and masterminds to educate audiences on his unique real estate niche.

Dhérby Laraque, widely recognized as “The Land Queen,” is a real estate investor, mentor, and aspiring developer who has revolutionized the way entrepreneurs wholesale land.  Since 2020, Dhérby has closed over 1,000 land transactions across Florida, scaling her business figures.
